This opportunity is for fire survivors who lost all of their belongings as result of the January 2025 Wildfires. You’re invited to choose from donated ornaments, stars, menorahs, and kinaras. Space and supplies are limited—so we kindly ask that you only participate if this applies to you.

About the event
This event is for households who experienced a total loss of their home or all holiday collections.
In addition to our donation drive, the organization Operation Ornaments has family packs of handcrafted ornaments (16-20 per pack). These ornaments are made with love by crafters of all ability, and come pre-packaged. This pick up is ONLY available Saturday after noon, or all day Sunday.
One registration includes members of a single household, one registration per household please.
This is a timed entry event, please arrive during your 30 minute window. Registration is not mandatory, but is highly recommended.
Registered guests will be given priority during their entry window. Please bring an ID (or photo of ID/paperwork) to confirm your address at check-in.
This event is brought to you by local neighbors and friends in Altadena through the Ornaments for Altadena project.
There is still time to donate! We’re looking for donated ornaments, stars, menorahs and kinaras - vintage, meaningful, handcrafted, or uniquely beautiful. If possible, please include a short note sharing its story, or why you picked it. That personal touch can bring extra comfort and connection.

Timed Entry Admission
Each timed entry is for a 30 minute window. Guests will enter the installation in small groups and be given some time to select their ornaments.
